He should just fess up already. It's not like he can go to trial again for murder.
no but maybe they could get him for purgery or obstruction of justice, although the statuet of limitation may be up now
It's easier for us to judge of the fact that he was guilty. for some technical reasons and great work by his lawyer a lot of OUR evidence (the one we saw or learned about) weren't shown to the jury. I'm sure he's guilty and he should have stayed low and quiet instead of coming out for interviews 10 years after.
personally, and not to sound racist, I think this was a "we'll show you" by the jury because of the Rodney King incident and all. a lot of problems with the LA police and the black community, and I do think there were problems, but I dont think it had anything to do with OJ. I do however think it was a jury nullification even though it was obvious by the dna evidence alone he was guilty.
